How Do I make a Really Nice Flow Chart?

I need to make a very nice, professional-looking flow chart - with graphics and everything.

It's for a product I am creating

Does anybody know how to do this? What software I should use?

Oh, and I am totally not artistically inclined, so it can't rely too much on my artistic capabilities....

Sara, Ive created some really nice flow charts using both Microsoft Word and Powerpoint. Fairly easy to use their ready made artwork and paste anything else you need. Good luck.
