Anyway, I thought I'd share a very helpful link Live Keyword Analysis
Here I type or paste in my article or blog post (when I'm doing unique posts) and check the keyword density of it. 2 - 3% is sufficient I've learnt. I did a quick search for the site but couldn't find the link on the forum - but I think it may have been covered before as it's a widely known site. Either way, I hope someone finds it useful!
