Will The FTC Crack Down On This Sorta Stuff
Here is a link to a article about Olay who photoshopped Twiggy to promote their anti wrinkle cream.
Wouldn't this fall under the FTC rules of false promotion, misleading and lying?
If they really cleaned house then the whole Advertising world would be fined a hefty amount, because almost no one is honest when promoting a product at all, especially the big corporations. They will do whats needed to sell the product and they seem to always get away with it.
