Want to article market again - Need your tips

Hello my fellow Warriors. Though I am having a bit of success with the XFactor Adsense method and intend to keep on with it, I am looking to diversify now. I want to get back into article marketing (and affiliate marketing altogether), something I horribly failed at in the past. Now I don't want to try anything especially fancy with this or anything, just work out a straightforward method that will get me some sales. Now here is my input on the entire thing:

1. Find a niche - This shouldn't be hard I guess, just work with what is already selling well.

2. Keyword research - I have Micro Niche Finder for this, and I can dig deep into these keywords. The general rule is less than 100,000 with quotes for the competition, but this could differ. This is what I need input on.

3. Articles - I'll admit, I ain't the best at articles, but I can write them. Around maybe two a day. It takes research from other articles especially when you don't know much about the niche, which eats up the time. At the moment I don't have the cash to outsource.

4. Landing/Squeeze Page - This is my sheer weakness with the whole thing. For a landing page, I am unable to write copy that will actually get a potential customer to click through to my affiliate link and actually buy. I've tried the Feel, Felt, Found method, Review Style, Testimonial Style, you name it. ZERO conversions. I used to use Squidoo as a landing page but now I may actually buy a domain (maybe or maybe not EMD) and use a clean Wordpress theme for it all. For Squeeze Pages, getting subscribers isn't THAT big of a problem, but the actual e-mails are. I wouldn't know how to write an autoresponder series in the way that will eventually convert into a sale. You know, the subject lines (which is important), just when to place the links, just where in the e-mail to place the links, stuff like that. In other words, I can't presell for crap, which is what I would just love extensive input on.

These are just sheer BASIC things. I know how to actually get targeted traffic (anybody can - it's easy). I've ranked my EZA articles on Google before, and keyword density isn't too much of a problem either. But if you Warriors can help me out here and give me your tips on this (especially on the presell aspect), it'd be greatly appreciated.

You seem to have all your ducks in a row. That is all I do to earn a reasonable income from. The only thing I can add, since you wanted help with your pre-sell, is to suggest that you create curiosity.

What do TV show do to make you sit and watch the commercials, so that you don't miss the next scene? They leave you with a question, a cliff hanger.

Create some cliff hangers of your own in your chosen niche.
    - Find out what 3 things you should never do if... click here
    - What is the second biggest human fear.... click here
    - What one thing can double your income.... click here

I'd click on any of those. You are just trying to get the click, not the sale.

    Here are 2 tips:

100,000 competition for an article seems a bit much. If you are new to article marketing, I would start from 10,000 and work my way up.

In order to have your landing pages convert, you want the titles to push the 'hot button's of your niche. In order to get those hot buttons, you would need to research the market a bit. Go go forums and pay attention to their language, and what they seem to be very sensitive to.

    Hope that helps.

    Hello there..

Do you want to know a simple tactic to dominate SE with articles?

    Let me tell you.

Type your KEYWORD in google search box without quotes or anything.

Then scan for any article directories such as GoArticle,EZA or Articlesbase on page 1 and 2.

If you found an EZA article,it's a BAD IDEA to submit another EZA article as you've to compete with the article that you found in search engine to get in the ranking.

So the best way to do it is BY using other Article directories to BEAT the former.

For an example,If you want to compete with an EZA article, then use ARticlesbase or GO to submit your articles and VICE VERSA.

Other article directories will beat the former easily with minimum backlinks. You don't really have to use the quotes to find the competition.

I've been using this tactic successfully and it really works.
