Happened to catch this on Star Movies yesterday.

It's a hilarious scene from "Dude, Where's My Car".

We can learn a thing or 2 about upsells here.

Hope this puts a smile on your face as it did on me.

    That is a great (funny) movie.

    One of my sales jobs from way back in the day had secret training setups, where a "secret" shopper would come in at random and shop us. They were instructed to buy anything and everything that we offered.

    It was great training to always add on to a sale and never assume a buyer doesn't want to buy more.

    True that with an online sales page, there has to be a time that the annoyance factor takes it's toll. No way to gauge a customers body language and responses.
