It has been a few hours since i started a new thread. there is still no sign of it appearing here. is it because i am not a paid member?

The board is member moderated, as well as being moderated by actual moderators too. Unfortunately, you will very rarely get a reason - it's simply a case that a thread gets reported by enough members and it goes into a hidden state. This could be for one of many reasons: i.e. self promotional, sig file affiliate links, inappropriate content, or simply a mistake.

However, it's only a forum thread, and if a PM were sent any time an administration/moderation decision was made, nothing else would get done - ever.

      Kindest regards,
      Karl

Threads on this forum are very fast moving, you can subscribe to your own threads so you get an email each time somebody replies.

Here is a link to all the posts you've made

If it's not in those lists, it's been deleted.

To easily find the above, click your username (top right) then select the statistics tab.

    Hope this helps.

    Kindest regards,
