Instant Results With Article Marketing - Stop Procrastinating!

OK, so,i've been thinking about going into the affiliate ring for some time now, but have been too busy with other things and kept putting it off. Yesterday i decided it was finally time to start.

I set myself a few goals of what i wanted to achieve, to stop myself from procrastinating again and started to go to work.

My goals were pretty simple:

1) To write 3 articles per day

2) To earn around £2,000 per month with these written articles by February next year

3) To earn around £6,000 per month by November next year

Today i wrote 2 articles and submitted them to ezinearticles. As i speak i have had 6 visits to my site and 1 sales totalling $33! Not a lot, but considering these articles have only been live for roughly 6 hrs...i'm impressed!

I still have another article to write, so i'm off to do that.

But, the point of me posting this is if you are one of those people who keeps procrastinating, or putting things off in lamen terms...just like me..give yourself a good push and start taking action..you'll be quite surprised with the results!

Wow! That is great work. And thank you for the motivation! Writing articles is usually where I fall behind on my marketing, so your success is motivating me to get started on my own articles.

Congrats on your sale! that's a fast one....

if you keep writing articles based on your goals, you will have 90 articles by the
end of the month and 1080 articles by the end of the year.

Assuming an article earns you an average of $15, 1080 articles will give
you $16,200 a year ... without a dime from you. FREE traffic....

      Thanks Thomas,

I'm hoping for a bit more than that. You see i'm expecting 100 articles to bring in around 20,000 to 25,000 visits a month with at least a 2% conversion rate on my site. That should net me about $13,000 plus per month. Based on a commission of $33 per sale.

That's with having my articles ranking in the top 5 of google for 100 search terms that bring in at least 3,000 monthly searches...plenty of backlink building needed for that to happen of course!

      That's what i am hoping anyway....haha

If 100 articles brings you anywhere near 20,000 visitors a month i will shout you a night of beers. I mean each article is not going to produce 200 visitors a day. Although i hope they your articles do for you. I enjoy watching people being successful. I am sure with a good work ethic you will get to 20,000 UV a day. Keep us posted on the results

That's 20,00 each month, not day..but i see now you made a slight error in your writing. phew..20,000 a day..now i would be happy with that!

Also, don't forget with each article i submit, i build 100 backlinks to each and every article, which should whack it in the top 5 search results on Google....this is going to take a bit of time..but thank god for Paul & Angela eh???

If you have the Premium account, they get published in 45min-3hrs most times. Every once in a while, even the Platinum authors will get published in the same day.

Thanks for the inspiration. Article marketing is a monster that I've been trying to avoid as English is not my strong subject although I learned it as a first language in school.

Damn good question! I have written articles before to flip sites, so i am a platinum author. I submitted them on friday afternoon, and within around 2hrs they had been accepted..???? beats me because it normally takes around 48hrs..but i'm not complaining!

As for the writing part, i take my chosen keyword, do a search on google for that keyword, and open up the three top sites that google displays...i then read each and every page or article, open up notepad and just write from the top of my head thru memory....takes about 30 minutes to write a 450-650 word article that is unique!

Of course i add the keyword a fair few times too, once every 100 words, once in the title and once in the first paragraph..which begs me to ask..if EZA keyword density is only 2-3%..why are my articles getting acccepted at 4% plus???

Also for the guys wanting to know how i redirect the traffic?

Straight to a blog, with a review of the product in question as the main page that visitors see.

At the end of the review i do a simple redirect with my affiliate link cloaked...

Hey, question about your EZA article - do you link to a landing/squeeze page or did you buy a domain and redirect to the merchant?

Congrats on your success, keep up the effort and you should reach your goals no problem.

And for those of you asking about how he got them accepted that quick I experienced the same thing all week, they were being published within hours of me submitting them, and I am only platinum, not premium.

I will agree, yesterday my 10th article ever was approved in 45 minutes. That was the article that got me to platinum. My 1st article ever took 3 days.

Way to go EZA eh?! There have been a few negative comments about the site over the past few months, and how you will lose traffic thru them with all the ads, but if you have a strong call to action in your resource box i can't see that happening.

Congrats! I hope that conversion percentage holds true. You won't really get a clear picture until you've submitted a lot more articles, but that's a good sign that your (or the vendor's) landing page is converting nicely. And $33 per sale is nothing to sneeze at! You're on your way.

Consider building a list, too. As you write more articles and see your traffic climb, no sense losing all of the non-buyers forever. Capture a chunk of them into your autoresponder and make some sales on the backend. You can even interject an OTO in the subscription process and probably score more sales here and there. It's all about making the most of all that traffic.
