Needed: Offshore article writer recommendations

Hey all.

I was looking to outsource some articles and now and then I've come across comments here on WF about people talking about how they use so-and-so from the Phillipines etc.

I'm wondering if anyone can make a recommendation for an article writer:

- That you have personally had a positive experience or relationship with
- Fluent in English
- Competitive rates
- Reliable

If you could mention their location and rates in your recommendation that would be a bonus.
