Innovative real time analytics tool

Hi,

recently, In my site i'm using both Google Analytics and Woopre for tracking my site's traffic. The difference is that Woopra is a real time analytics tool, GA no. Also, the best thing is that is free to use.

What do you think? Woopra is better than Google analytics?

I think Woopra has potential, but it's not polished enough yet to compete with Analytics. Eg. the goal tracking capabilities of Analytics. Plus, it's not completely free

I do like how you can chat with visitors on your site, seems like a very innovative feature.
