I want to know that too. I've finally figured out how to take care of that missing link (the graphics etc.) for my flippable sites...

I've heard Flippa (formerly a part of sitepoint) is a good option ;-)

Go to Flippa and check out the most popular sites. They are usually the ones that have revenue and traffic (for obvious reasons).
The market is flooded with "turnkey" sites and blogs that are brand new, you are best off establishing traffic and income before trying to sell if you want maximum return.
