Membership site with one-off products?

I'm not sure what to do about this. I've got a launch of a membership site coming up and the deal is that all of the monthly subscribing members will get access to these courses that I'm releasing. On the other hand, I would like to release ALL of these as separate products as I could use that as a marketing technique to get people to sign up to be a subscriber. In turn they'll gain access to all of the courses I make for cheaper instead of paying for them individually. Subscribing members would get all of the courses streaming, but one-offs would get to download.

An idea I've had is to do both, and have completely separate products. Some for subscribing members, and others that are completely one-off, but subscribing members get the one-off products for a cheaper price since they already pay something. The problem lies in that some subscribing members may be PO'd that I just don't let'em have it instead of making them pay a smaller fee.

This brings me to the one-offs. I could go about this in two ways: 1) release the one-offs and not mention anywhere on the one-off site that they can access all of my products by becoming a subscribing member so in turn they'll purchase it without knowing about that deal, or 2) go ahead with it and let them know, and perhaps they'll buy the one-off products anyway. At the very least, they'll become a subscriber.

I bring this up because, as much as it may make me seem like a money grubber, I'm positive that there is more cash in releasing things separately. I'm not sure how to go about this.

I would not be charging them on top of the fee to pay if the crux of your site is so they can get your products.

Load the site with content. install a forum something for them to have interactivity and build relationships make it worth their while give your customer value and they will want to stay don't try and do what your suggesting that is not gonna make people very happy and most would just either not sign up at all or unsubscribe right away.if you release your products then offer them first choice on them before they go live.

That's what I was worried about - POing subscribers. The thing is that it would be separate though. I'm thinking the best solution to this is to do the following: release everything I plan to to the subscribers, but put it on Clickbank anyway. I can show them the Clickbank products and be like, "if you sign up to be a subscriber you're getting ALL of these which is much cheaper than paying full price".

I'm kind of curious if even so, somehow, some way, someone will find the Clickbank products randomly and buy them alone anyway. Even if it's apparent on the CB products that they can get everything much cheaper by subscribing to the site. I dunno, maybe someone will find them on Clickbank by themselves is what I mean and buy them as a one-off if they don't want to subscribe.

But the strategy here is to convince my audience that I'm giving them a deal
