Need suggestions on running an incentivized CPA offer...

Greetings of the Day to all veterans of WF!
I've just signed up with one of the leading CPA networks. One of the offers that caught my interest is an incentivized offer where the visitor needs to complete a survey.
The CPA network doesn't allow adult or GPT (get-paid-to) sites. However, I've checked with them and it was said that a "free ebook download" (upon completing the survey) is an incentive that's allowed.
I have some ideas, just not sure if they would be worth spending time/money on those. I'd like to keep my budget low on this one, as it's an experiment for the time being. Please help me with some ideas on promoting this. I know it's not the best thing to do, as the ebooks may not be related to the content of the survey(s). So, the principles of business (building a list, etc.) may not apply here. I was considering offering some gold material (PLR) on making money online related ebooks.
Also, another thought just caught my attention: How about I make it viral? Complete the survey, get an ebook... Then, get more ebooks on referring a few friends. Any script that can help me accomplish this?
