If you see yourself being in the IM game for more that 12 months then you need to plan ahead.
Holiday/Seasonal niches are big earners for me but I learned the hard way that effort has to be put in ahead of schedule.
I use Google Docs calander to schedule my seasonal niche work way ahead of schedule and it really does pay off.
The thing is, the work I put in now is going to pay off in 2010, 2011, 2012 etc etc.
Don't go for the quick fix...build your business to last.
