What do you mean by Size of the Rss feed? Do you mean the no. of posts in your feed?

yeah the number of links in a feed. Is 200 links too many or is 2000 too many?

I read one person's opinion that you want to change the WP default 10 items in an rss feed to 99. This was to increase the amount of internal linking. It was someone successful who was just going through his recommendations for WP, but can't remember the name.

Personally I don't know and really would like to know, could that possibly do any good? You already do have internal linking in WP.

I don't use WP but have been getting into rss feeds for my static sites and they are really interesting. I have been including the full article in each item instead of just the summary. That certainly does increase the size of the feed but since it is all text with a few simple tags, the bandwidth used is still less than the average photo.

But I guess your concern is 'will one of these make me more popular with the search engines?' and I have never seen an opinion about that, so can't offer much there.

    best wishes,
