Default *Top 5 Must Haves on a JV Invite*

Sending the right message -effectively communicating the details Affiliates want to hear and setting yourself apart means all the difference. There are several phases and processes a product creator needs to go through to carryout a successful product roll out.

What are your Top 5 Must Haves in a JV Invite / Affiliate Overview page..?

Most will agree that recruiting a Continent of Affiliates is the best way to generate a Cash sucking pump. However it's about the quality not the quantity of affiliates and your relationship with them.

It all starts with what some refer to as a JV Invite -or- Affiliate overview (actually it starts with a personal email, skype or phone call...but you need to supply the Sign Up details page...some affiliate managers will take care of the signing up process for their VIP partners and simply supply them with the login details, launch schedule and swipe copy for each day_so that the VIP Partner or their affiliate manager can tweak it and schedule it.)

And the sales copy / style you use with affiliates needs to relay the facts and get rid of the fluff (without getting boring). Meaning...keep it short and to the point but use Power Words to breathe impact and leave Bold impressions without lying.

For me, I prefer a nicely laid out page that is easy to scan and generally contains five or so Must Haves.

I like to See (in this order)
  1. Product Name-Developer
  2. Launch Dates (including pre-launch)
  3. Affiliate Platform (Idev, Infusionsoft, 1ShoppingCart, Clickbank, etc)
  4. Commission Structure including cookie duration / upsell process..just bullet points / brief description / link on the upsell
    • Upsell 1= $47 / Audio Course - Upsell Page Link -
    • Upsell 2 =$197 2 Weeks Coaching - Upsell Page link
    • Commission is 50% across the boards...something like that.
  5. CONVERSIONS / Testing,

Of course there are a few other important details such as
  • Sales Page link, Squeeze Page link (if applicable)
  • Affiliate Suite of tools
  • Key People already on board (if any).
  • Brief Product Description
Obviously creatives and branding are important on the actual page and are as important as the content.

The emails that go out, the launch sequence and all of that other stuff is for another discussion

So what are the Top 5 Items you expect to see on a JV Invite and what helps persuade your decision on whether to promote or not?

Make it an Excellent Day!
Sean
