How to leverage your time

I was in Vegas. I started talking to this guy who was also into internet marketing. He was just back from the Iraq war. He said he knew nothing about IM, nothing about building websites, but he would just outsource it all.

I wasn't sure what to make of this being that I was use to doing everything myself pretty much. So I checked out his site later and I was very impressed. So I started using some of the outsourcing websites.

To my amazement they were just an absolute lifesaver! So if you want to seriously leverage your time, money and energy, simply start to get good at outsourcing. There's tons of people who can do any job your thinking of doing, way faster, way cheaper, and way better than you'll ever do it.

Entrepreneurs are typically perfectionists so they think they need to do everything themselves. I'd try to get out of this mentality if you want to be competitive and gain some leverage in the amount of time and energy your spending online to build your projects. Because if you want to get rich you need to gain leverage, we all know that, but you should start to apply it as well.

My favorite two sites to outsource to are:

Scriptlance - programming type jobs such as building a website. Support type jobs as well. For 10 bucks you can get just about anything done!

Mturk (as a requester) - remedial tasks such as link building, writing articles etc. For pennies your getting stuff done.

Other popular ones to consider are:

odesk - (not a very real time environment like scriptlance or mturk. Possibly good for finding employees though)

elance - (minimum of 50 bucks is kinda steep, which is why I never use it)

good luck.
