Need advice for an offline affiliate...

Hello Warriors!

So my brother has a deal going with several gentlemen's clubs here in Las Vegas. He basically offers a free limo ride to the club to guys looking for that kind of entertainment. The limos and drivers are provided by the clubs. And the club pays him $100 per head for each person that takes him up on that deal. He makes a killing on bachelor's parties.

He knows that I'm an affiliate marketer and has asked for my advice on attracting more customers. But I haven't a clue on anything dealing with this niche.

So I open up this question to you, my marketing brethren. Any ideas on how he could market his new venture? Online or offline suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance!

He could start a website and market it in the local area and to tourists so that they know already what he offers before the get to town.

How would he market the site? Adwords perhaps? Not sure how he would work article marketing into the mix.

How about look into some mens clubs and associations in the area. Online or offline, maybe you can tap into their customer lists?

PS: I would also try and create a similar service for ladies as well.

How does Vegas deal with small stick signs at intersections. If they aren't much opposed, I'd stick some simple signs with only the affiliate URL on it. Something like XXXXX.com/affiliate, in plain black letters, on them. Don't give anything away with that and peak curiosity and get them to click. Other than that, I don't know what else I'd do.

    In Vegas....
Most restroom area in clubs have "advertising" placed at eye level...
See if you can take out ad spots on websites for nightclubs, adult clubs, wedding chapels, limo's...
Many hotels have a brochure or flyers with local restaurants, etc. that are usually on or in the desk...contact some hotels & see what it takes to get your brochure included in the mix...
Vegas is LOADED with magazines that cater to the adult / nightclub scene...i'm sure a well placed ad would go over well...

I wouldn't try to generate leads myself, I would buy them.

Ask yourself who would know people planning to get married.

    A bridal shop? A place that sells men's tux's?

Work out a deal where they pass out your card etc and you pay them per referral.

EDIT: Better yet, just ask if you can leave your cards there. You never know some places say yes to that kind of thing.

I like that... Since bachelor parties are the cash cows, it makes sense to focus on them. I'm sure we'll be able to find places that'll let us leave flyers or business cars. This is Vegas after all.

Well if the limo company had an online version of the commission system then your brother should make a site with that commission system in place and promote it so if anyone rents limos from there he makes money.

If the company doesn't have an online commission system, then the best a website could do is advertise like Benjamin said.

When we sign up for an affiliate program the merchant provides banners and other marketing tools to make our jobs easier. Perhaps your brother could ask the limo company for some marketing help as well.

    Easy marketable idea:

If he's picking up $100 per head - share the love. What I mean is that he can be the guy who hooks each guy up with a dance or a couple drinks, whatever. To the sum of $20 per head, which still leaves $80 in his pocket. That's a hell of an offer; and by making it a "hook-up," and not just giving them cash, he is still open up to getting a generous tip from the "bachelors." Just think of it as an "unfair competitive marketing advantage."
