Are "Rate My" Websites Breaking Trademarks?

If I create a website, for example, "Rate My Forum Moderator" (just kidding, but an example ), would that infringe on any trademarks/copyrights? I've done a bit of searching on Rate My Professors, but can't come to a conclusion yet.

For anyone able to help me figure this out, thank you!

This all depends on how you would be setting up the site. There are a lot of websites like that, but depending on what you are going to rate and how it is set up would make all the difference.

I was thinking of a "rate my" website for a certain service industry. I would obviously use a unique template and make some changes to the rating system itself. How unique should I aim for to avoid trouble?

    Thanks!

Trademark would be the domain name you are using not the site name / title... I have some rate my sites that have been running for years with no problems at all.. They do not step on anyones trademark..

Great, that's very helpful, thank you. One more question -- does this mean I could use rate-my-moderator.com, for instance, and still be okay? Or would I have to change it to something like moderatorrating.com to not be infringing? Thanks!
