I know exactly how they are doing it... I'm doing it in other niches and making a killing for each website I have doing it. The great thing is it's all autopilot...

Can you figure it out... It's NOT black hat at all (At least not the way I do it)

I was getting 60 visitors a day the first week I put it up and I wasn't even done with the site...

This is crazy and ridiculously easy!

Oh come now Mike, throw us a bone here

I'm moving over to affiliate marketing so any details of what you are talking about would
be most appreciated in my PM box.

Yeah that's definitely odd considering my affiliate sites are getting ranked within a day or two in highly competitive markets. Maybe Google has already visited them and sandboxed them. I did notice however that there are a lot of sites like hubpages, squiddo etc. that are created for the sole purpose of promoting their URL.

I know how they are doing it.

They have obtained credit from sources like Yahoo and other massive trafficked sites and they are advertising on those sites. The traffic is incredible from those handful of source...hence the low backlink count yet high traffic count.

The credit cannot be obtained by anyone. It's bloody difficult.
Also, you need a PROVEN review page.

So, if there is one thing to learn from this thread it's NOT where they get their traffic from, that we know....BUT you should study their review page! They are getting a lot of traffic so that means their review site HAS to have a incredible conversion rate because stakeholders are pumping more money into it's advertising because it's proving effective.

'DUPLICATE' (to your own content) their review page and see what it will do for your conversions.

            Peace out

For the most part lavidaloca is correct however, instead of trying to get credit at these huge advertising sources I do something else a little different. It costs me money to get things rolling (about $400 - $600) but hey nothing worthwhile is free, right?

              Mike Hill

PS. Whose to say you couldn't do these types of offers with a "FREE" cd offer (just pay shipping) built into a continuity program? ... Could be on just about anything, for example I could put together a Free CD of "Celebrity Workouts, healthy eating, etc.." Then follow up with a monthly continuity for a product along the lines of "Your Own Screen Star Figure In 10 Minutes A Day!"

The industry term for this is RFT - Risk Free Trial - and it works best with mass market products. The model works because shipping covers the entire product cost. It is best hooked up to CPV networks.

I'll give you one bone as to how they are doing it....

They have a very lucreative CPA campaigne going through several CPA networks. Their money is made on the reoccuring sales and backend cross promotion...

        I lied!...

        There's a second one...

They use several advertising medias to saturate thier demographic market. And, let thier affiliates through the CPA network work on second tier advertising (aka. Adwords...which increases branding)

What to know what a few of those media markets are?

Ask Mike to throw in a bone too.

Where do you keep seeing it? That kind of answers where the traffic is coming from.

I first saw this on TV. It was a short commercial that directed you to the website. That's where the massive traffic is coming from, and the massive traffic is driving up the ratings.

The commercial is just long enough to get your attention. Naturally, you are going to go to the site and pull it up to get the real scoop. So up goes the ratings.

The copy in best-teeth-whitening.com is very well written, IMHO.

"I honestly never thought that increasing the brightness of my smile a few shades would make much of difference in my overall look, but now I can't imagine going a day without my favorite teeth whitening product."

"But now after 4 months of using my favorite teeth whitener, I get 2-3 compliments a day about how "nice" my smile is from both men and women. I also seem to be getting kissed by my boyfriend a lot more often"
