Free Mailing List Manager?

I want to setup a newsletter but I was wondering if there is a good free mailing list manager out there. :confused: Anyone?

    There are many free services. I have tried 3 scripts to run on my hosting and one free hosted all are crap and waste of time. In hosted service I have 3600+ members but only 500 is double verified. I am wondering if they send the confirmation link or not. just crap service.

    My experience with free list managers is not good. They tend to wind up in spam folders whenever they are sent out.

    If you can I would recommend paying for aweber. It's not too expensive and they are very good.
