Managing multiple sites,domains & communities?

This is one question that is bugging me a lot. And i would like to get answer from all of those who are maintaining multiple blogs, forums and sites. How do you manage it ?

My situation, i have 3 blogs and 2 forums(All of them are in programming,software niche). Activity on forum is not so high but i have to moderate sometimes. And sometimes i can’t keep up with these 3 blogs. I get lot of stress when it comes to updating blogs and communities daily.

My question to WF members, how you manage multiple blogs, domains and sites,communities?
