and also, which country is the best to promote
such as

amazon.ca ebay.ca
amazon.co.uk ebay.co.uk

can i promote stuff from amazon.com to buyer at canada

    Depends on your market and if the item is available locally.

    Nobody is going to stop you.

    If you want a commission from the other Amazon sites, you need to register with them separately.

    That is the main problem with Amazon. They have the world divided up into about 5 or 6 affiliate zones. If someone finds something they like on your site but they are in the wrong zone, they have to find it on the Amazon site for their part of the world, and you lose the affiliate commission.

    The .com will ship to Canada as well as the US, but not always. They have plenty of items that say 'US only.'

    To do it properly you might have to put up 5 affiliate banners for each product you want to promote. One would say 'for delivery in the US,' 'for delivery in GB,' etc. I have never seen anyone do it that way. They usually just go for the big market, the US, but now that it is declining, who knows what will happen.

    This is one way Clickbank comes out ahead. At least the same affiliate link works in the whole of the world that can order from CB.
