I am posting this because I am trying to prepare for 2010 and want to start to initiate changes to how things are done in my company IMMEDIATELY for the new year

I created this attached simple yet highly effective 4-step operations guide for my VA's to follow each and every day to help *systematize* how things are being done to help streamline how things run and create better work flow each and every day - which will save me time AND money
