Do you think its wise to have 2 anchor text for same site in same article

Hey warriors i am trying to rank for two long tail keywords for e.g keywords are "how to build muscle" and "how to build muscle fast". So i am planning of having both the anchor text in the same article pointing to the same site since most of the directories allow two anchor texts at least.

So i want to know do you think its a wise decision or should i write different articles for both anchor texts. Does that affects ranking badly( having two anchor texts for same site in same article)

    It is not going to help you that much or help you directly if you Use two anchor texts and link to same URL.The first link that appears in the HTML code only gets the link Credit.So,its not worth linking same url with two anchor texts.

    You can also link one URL with different anchors and let the Search Engines know that the website you are linking to is related to the keyword in the anchor text.There will be no direct Link Juice transfer.But,the search engines will know more about your site.In Turn,you can get some value with Relevance.

    I would recommend you to Link two different URL's with two separate anchor texts.Or you can write two articles to give one link each.
