where to find serious businessangels/investors

hello,
next week the betalaunch of my unique whitehat project is coming.
for further development i need more coders and developers working on site.

i ask me where to find serious businessangels/investors. i´m from germany and can give full businessplan for further developement. also they can see the beta 1 next week.

please don´t tell me:"go to a bank and get a loan." i´m looking for businessangels investing in internetprojects and not for banks.

    I believe you need to find angel investors through networking. By definition, they are just people with a bit of money that want to invest in small business. Try attending some business networking events and introduce yourself to some people. Let them know you're looking for investors.
