Advice for newbies with low money investment?

I know it is possible to make a full time income and am willing to put in the work but just do not have a lot of money. What are the best options for a newbie like myself who has less than $100 to invest to get started? I need to make at least $1000 a month but of course more is preferred.
From what I have read so far, it sounds like affiliate marketing and CPA are the best routes. I am seriously looking into blogging and using adsense and affiliate marketing links on it to get started. Is this the best route for someone with low funds to get started or does anyone have any better suggestions? Please point me in the right direction if you can.

Find an audience that is starving for a solution.

Create a free report of immense value (this creates trust)

Recommend relevant quality products in your follow up emails.

Generate RELEVANT traffic from articles at ezinearticles and ezinearticles.com and/or relevant forums.

Yep, the Fab Four above me got it right. Build a list, take good care of them by providing solid info, and then market relevant products/services to them. Do this for more than one niche if you can. Diversify.

I'm getting into CPA big time in 2010, so I also think that's a good way if you don't have a lot of investment capital to get started. Write some articles, make some YouTube videos, etc. and push visitors to good CPA offers that are targeted to the content you put out there. Some of the CPA offers pay nicely ($30-$50 per lead/sale).

TheBeatles and Zeus66 are absolutely right...blogging, using the adsense and affiliate programs are the cheapest way to go. There's a lot of work but just keep the content unique and consistent.

Work on content first, because it's virtually free to acquire. The more content you have, the more reason people have to tell others about your site and help you advertise. Once you're in a position to advertise you have something to send people to. Good advice in this thread.

Simple Bum Marketing is one way to learn how to test a niche and see if it converts. Pick a decent payout product and it also provides some seed money.

Either that or go with getting a domain name, hosting and autoresponder ($9 plus $10 monh plus $19 per month) and hope to get some cash coming in to cover future bills.

    Good luck...

I have been working from home for several years but need to bring in more income to catch up on bills. I proclaim 2010 will be a better a better year for me financially with hard work and dedication.

What´s your expertise? The most important of all steps, is to define your Niche. Only one. Don´t go for dating, or making money.

It´s very important to find a mentor. But only choose one or two, start to practice their advice, and then you can meet others.

Take a look to these sites, at the beggining is all you need:

Keyword Discovery - Advanced keyword research tool and search term suggestion tool

Affiliate programs - Learn from an affiliate marketing veteran

DIY Website Promotion | How to Create and Submit Websites to Search Engines like Google | Free Site Submission | Website Ranking | Do It Yourself

And remember, choose your love, because if you love your niche, then you´ll have patience. I´m going to tell you the truth...

It´s harder to earn your first 100 dollars a month, than 3,000, Why? Because you need months to start to earn 100 a month, but if you´re patience, you´ll start to see dramatic increases in income at one point. I suffered to earn 300 dollars a month. That´s all I needed to not get a job offline, and don´t now how, started to earn more than 3,000 dollars per month. Really.

Patience, and perseverance are key. Also, quality content and your own voice.

If I were you, I would start with a Wordpress blog, buying a domain name (dynadot.com), and paying a 5 dollar a month hosting (totalchoicehosting.com). Start to write high quality content and then following the advise of everyone here to promote your site, from youtube to ezinearticles.

My first mentor was Jason Kelly, http://jasonkelly.com/

My second was Ken Evoy, from www.sitesell.com

      My third, Michael Campbell www.internetmarketingsecrets.com/.

With those, I was able to earn 300 per month.

But the knowledge which skyrocket my earnings from 300 to 3,000 is thanks to John Reese www.income.com. The ideas in the PDF before launching traffic secrets 1 were mind blowing.

    Hi,
What I do now and I recommend every newbie like you and me, is to find a good coaching program. There are many out there.

My own experience is that you need a step by step guidance from someone who has gone through the process you (and me) are in now. People that you can ask when you have questions and actually get answers from them.

Every successful person has a mentor. So try to find your coach before you spend your hard earned money in anything else. Look for names as Rich Schefrens, Michael Chenney, Alex Jeffreys, Mike Filsaime and others.

Maybe you spend 500 dollars in a coaching program, but you will learn how to IM the right way. Providing you act and implement what you learned.

    Great success

Get a domain and hosting from hostgator, that will cost you about $5 a month.
Sign up for aweber and follow the training videos.

Get a writer to make you a report or ebook, plenty of good ones here.

Give away your ebook for email adresses.

      Market to your list.

I agree about the coaching. get a mentor!

You might make faster cash with bum marketing, put the money is in the list.

I'd actually recommend doing some writing for content mills like Demand Studios or Textbroker or what not. The pay is less than anyone should make for writing, but it does a few things that I think are really handy for someone starting out:

        - You will learn to write, and since some of these places have editors, you will improve your skill at it. More importantly, you'll get in the habit of writing and producing regularly which is a pretty crucial habit.

        - You'll see that you can make money online. Believing that it actually can be done is important, and gives you confidence.

        - It gives you a stockpile of money to work with on other Internet stuff.

Once you've got in the habit of doing work every day and you've got some money coming, you can start to branch out into other stuff.

He got it, but 500 is abit far fetched, I've learnt most of it through signing up to already built proven systems that funnel people through your various affiliates and helps you recruit them into your primary business.

And most of these systems cost me $1 to tryout and they had all the materials and webinar I needed to learn the basics to intermediate stuff.

Signing up to the system then funneled me through several important affiliate products, one being magnetic sponsoring which I'm sure most of you have heard of.

Anyway for $1 and 2 weeks free I got all the information I needed and I could have quit the system without paying another dollar.

But the system had already proven to work for other people, and it was built to fully cuztimize your capture pages to your liking, with a split testing system and useful for training people you recruit into your business.

It's like a community, it's great. My point is if you don't have much, you can find courses for as small as a dollar through signing up to systems.

Here's a guy a learned alot of and he does a trial of $1, he sends e-mails everyday with testimonials and content, and he always shows his customer base his best performing strategies at present time.

Check him out: David Woods Special Maximum Leverage $1 Invitation

He's called Daegan smith, he generates around 1000 quality leads and at his best 2,600+ in a single day and he shows you how to do stuff like creating capture pages that convert as high as 70%.

Anyway in my sig is the system I was on about that I used to learn alot.

      Hope this helps

        hi there,

First and foremost, do a thorough niche market research. The standard rule of thumb is to get a topic with high search volume but very low competition. This would take you some time but it is worth the effort. If you're into a wrong niche market, it will not generate the amount of traffic you need to make money. Once you get your niche market right, blogging should be fine as it is one of the many ways people normally start to get their offers out. In your posts however, you need to make sure the articles are of unique and good quality. Please don't simply copy and paste the articles. Remember, you need good quality traffic to your blogs to make you money. In other words, after you have set up your blog, quality traffic really matters to convert the visitors to your blog into actual buyers. Hope the above helps. Till then, best of luck. Cheers.

Get your niche market right first. Without this, it would only be a waste of your time. Once you decide the right niche to be into (this will involve some research work to be done), then blogging is good to start with to get the traffic. But you really need to have good and unique content here before you can actually start posting. It will take some time to produce good quality articles to be posted on your blogs but believe me, it will be worth the effort. Best of luck. Cheers.

There's a lot of way to make money even if you have an investment lower than $100. I have a friend who have a freelance job. Sometimes he accepts jobs for web designs and graphics. I also know someone who earns by writing articles and compiling ebook.

You may not be viewed as an internet marketer is that simple way, but in the end, all what matters is that you earn money, right?

If you have less money for investment, you try try freelancing for the moment and as you gathered much investment, that's the time to make money from your own internet marketing dream business :-)
