Hi all, I'm trying to plan out a new site/blog and I'm debating between creating a site around a specific sub niche or a site around a theme. For example creating a site around "fitness" compared to creating a site around "building muscle" or "man boobs". The theme based site would have sub sections for man boobs, building muscle, ect.

The site would be promoted via organic methods with certain landing pages being promoted with ppc. I may try to build a list for each catagory within the umbrella which is why I'm unsure about creating a theme based site.

Any feedback is much appreciated.
