Struggling with my blog

Hey Fellas,

I am not here to spam all of you, or trick you to visit my website. I just need some input. So I have started affiliate marketing, through thesecondtier program and I am struggling to get traffic and a email list. Can you please visit my website and just give me some advice on maybe adjustments I should be making. I need some input on my blogs display and content. Also I am wondering if the theme of the blog is catchy or not. I understand a blog should be unique and original, but I can't think of any niche to talk about besides internet marketing. And I understand there are hundreds of internet marketing blogs out there, but thats the only topic that's been on my mind since I have been introduced to the idea. Should I completely reconstruct my blog webstie and choose a different subject to talk about?

    Good job... I would put some pictures and some video up on your blog...

    I like the look and feel it time for a little content.

    I use Jeff Johnson SEO Plugin it did the trick for me. Let your blog go out and get content and pull it in.

    Here's what the plugin did for me.



    I would also set up a lot of free blogger type sites and link back to your blog

      Hey Guys thank you soo much for all of your comments. I guess one thing I need to learn is "Patience". I have just been broke far too long, and I have been real anxious on starting an income stream online. I have updated my blog by using Jeff Johnson's plugin which is absolutely awesome.

        To have an "internet marketing blog" is just way too vague. I'm just seeing a long road with a couple of years worth of effort on your part to get any real leverage with that topic.

        Want to see your mentor? Go to ProBlogger.com. That's the direction you're going and who you want to become. But, it will take you a looooong time to catch up to ProBlogger.com or any equivalent.

        You need to come up with something that draws interest. Something different. Something controversial that makes people on the outside say "what the heck is that?" Something that's YOU and no one else can touch it.

        For example, I've launched somewhere around 100 websites of my own since 1995 but I've never made one for web video. So, I just launched one a couple of days ago where my quest is to conceptualize, create, edit, produce and talk about one video per day...every day...for 2010 and monitor my progress along the way.

        Technically, it's still "Internet marketing," but is also "something different" because my intention is to post the crappy videos along with the good ones I make and describe the difference.

        See how that works? You can't just pick a GIANT topic like Internet marketing and think you're going to get anywhere. You've got to parse it out into a specific focus and then launch another site to hit another group.

    Okay, the blog is fine, the niche, NOT SO MUCH. Dude, I started out the same way in that same area but understand that INTERNET MARKETING is NOT A NICHE. You will literally go broke trying to make money for that term. Get your Keyword Research skills sharpened up, it's an on-going process, I still pick not-so-hot or too challenging for me to pursue but you really got to get this part of it right. It's where ALOT of money can be had.
