Do You Have A Mission or Vision Statement For Your Business?

As more and more people begin treating IM as a BUSINESS and not a part time income source, it's important to have a core purpose driving the business in the form of a mission or vision statement.

I am in the process of crystalizing mine right now.

    here is one that I use and I make every new employee of mine read right away.

    Rule number one: The customer is always right.
    Rule number two: When the customer is wrong, refer to rule number one.
