What are the best places to sell articles?

INTERNET MARKETING

I have a friend who is a writer who is looking to get into IM by selling articles. I recommended she check out the the special offer forum and see what people are selling. Are there other places you guys go to buy articles either as PLR or exclusive freelance?

I also gave her elance and guru. But I'm not sure if they are the best places for her to start.

She's an experienced writer and native english speaker.

What do you guys think?

She can also submit her articles to AssociatedContent and gets about $3 to $40 each. But avail to US only.
