difference between sales page and squeeze page?

Can someone please tell me or show me the difference between a squeeze page, and a sales page and a web page if that is different. Examples would be helpful. Thanks, Ed.

Thanks WD, that was helpful, I get a 404 error on the squeeze page. And could you please tell me how a web page is different. It is funny, I see this stuff all the time, but suddenly realized I am confused on the distinctions. Thanks again, Ed.

Hi Ed, I just checked the videos on my other computer and it is working properly.

Also I have had many other people view the videos with no problems.

You don't need any special app or software. But to me I think that the problem may be that you need to update your Adobe Flash version.

I had some problems viewing videos on my other computer for a while and what I ended up havning to do was completely removing adobe flash and reinstalling it again.

They have a Great removal tool that you can use to copletely rid of the older version as somtimes the information in your registry on your computer can cause a conflict while trying to install the updated version.

        So my advice:

        1. Go to Adobe and download the flash uninstaller and the new version of flash.

        2. Run the uninstaller

        3. Reboot your computer

        4. Install the new version of flash either from adobe.com or if you saved the new version to your desktop you can install it from there. But make sure that you do reboot your computer after you uninstall the old version.

        hope this helps...

I also sent you a pm, thanks

    It's pretty simple, really...

A squeeze page is designed as a pre-qualifier to your site. It includes a few of the benefits and features of what visitors will find on your sales page, and usually offers something free in exchange for an email address (thus adding people to your sales funnel whether they purchase from your sales page or not). A sales page, on the other hand, is designed to make the sale. Usually with much more in-depth copy about the product, screenshots, proof, etc.

The only difference between a squeeze page and a
sales page is the intent. They both involve selling.

A squeeze page sells you on the idea of giving your
contact info in exchange for some kind of free offer.
A sales page sells you on the idea of giving your
money in exchange for a product.

The purpose of both is to sell something. Don't overcomplicate
it or get confused on this point... they do the same thing.

Squeeze pages are landing pages that a person creates with the intent of soliciting opt-in email addresses.

Sales pages are web pages designed with the intent to sell a product or service.

A Web page can have different goals. It can be designed to establish a brand, make a sale, build a list, or inform about something such as a fan page.

Thus, a web page can be a sales page.
