Promoted by Frank Kern & Friends?

Hi guys,

I'm wondering if you kind folks know the answer to this..

From time to time Frank Kern and pals will promote smaller marketers in one of their email blasts. I've heard that it costs around $2000 for an email shout-out.

Is this true? Or is it false information? If true how do you go about it?

Thanks for your help

I haven't heard about that before, but it's a possibility.
But I haven't ever seen Kern promote small time stuff before.

If they do this, I would assume they would find you and not the other way around.

So much misinformation out there it's hard to know what to believe unless it comes straight from the horses mouth. Always wondered when they introduce someone new on their lists if it's a flat fee or some kind of affiliate deal.. probably both, but then that's only my assumption.

I don't think Frank would risk his subscribers promoting someone else's products for $2k.

Even if you pay me $2k to promote to my list, I would still consider the quality of the product because I wouldn't risk losing my faithful subscribers.

    Everyone has a price.

If someone with a big list liked your product and
thought it added value then of course they'll
promote it - they'd also probably want a big cut.

    Just e-mail him and ask?

Kern and friends often meet other marketers at events where they're speaking, or even just out and about during their daily lives. If those people have good products, they might offer a JV, or even a quick favour of mailing a list - because a good product adds value, and they're all about adding value.

But they certainly don't have some sort of price for any schmuck to be promoted on their lists. The marketers they promote are people they personally like with products they personally recommend, and there's frequently a commission deal on the back end.

I'd vote no as well. Anything is possible, but it's unlikely for $2000.

I've emailed numerous big names and got replies. Just
write up your offer - make it worthwhile. Include all the data
that is needed and make it easy for them to access i.e. copies
of your product, conversion statistics etc.. and fire away!

But yeah, $2,000 for a mention on Kerns list probably won't
cut it unless you're already a big and trusted name in IM.
