IM Software Ideas!

I'm really fond of WF community and I would like to know your input/thoughts on a specific subject.

I have found an experienced programmer who is ready to work for my team and develop software for the IM crowd. He doesn't know IM, but he would learn the necessary things if I gave him a plan to work with.

Now, this got me thinking - what kind of software warriors and internet marketers in general are missing? There are many tools for automation available out there...

I was generally thinking something along the lines of wordpress plugins, maybe autoblog plugin (since I'm pretty experienced in that particular area)?

Let's brainstorm a little and maybe something can be developed that would appeal to the IM crowd and would be unique at the same time!

    Here's something I would pay for:

    A script, macro or programs that would easily register profiles at web 2.0 sites and output the profile url and the rss feed url to a text file.

    For example if I wanted to promote a Tony Robbins program as an affiliate, I would go to:

    KnowEm Username Check - Secure your Brand or Online Identity on Social Media

    and type in tonyrobbins . . .

    If you do that you can see that there are tons of web 2.0 properties available for that keyword (almost all of them?).

    I'd like a program that would automatically register an account, save the profile url for the accounts, and the rss feeds for everything that's available.

    If it could populate the profile with some simple stuff like a photo, whatever my "home" website was that I wanted to send traffic too, and cross-populate rss feeds (you can add feeds from most other web 2.0 properties as well as your own wordpress blogs or whatever else) that would be even more awesome.

    I spent all last night doing just that, but had to do it semi-manually with roboform and it sucked. But it yields results.

    I'd pay $97 (or more) for a program that did exactly what I had to spend hours doing last night.
