clickbank linking question

Is it better to link to the order form for a product of a pitch page?

Suppose I already have a pitch page with an order button, wouldn't it just detour people from clicking another order button?

Let's say that they find my article @ eza, they click a link in the resource box which takes them to my pitch page which has an order button. If that order button goes to another pitch page isn't that just asking too much of a buyer to read through yet another page before finally placing an order?

Alexa - usually you are bang on accurate, so this is not a challenge, but a question. Are you absolutely sure you need the vendor's permission? I was under the impression you can directly link to the order page, but you must obviously not deceive anyone into believing you are the vendor. Your pre-sell page with direct link must simply be a 3rd party recommendation. Correct?

I use presell pages as well, and they work great for me. I don't like writing, so I keep it short & sweet. I make my short presentation about their problems, the solution, and how they can act on it.

I also put a banner or two, and a text link or two on the page. Some sites banners convert better, others text ads, and still others the last link going to the affiliate. Yet I still keep the same system for all pages.
