Would anyone be interested in creating leads to my site for $?

Just a thought here but wanted to know if there would be any interest.

I am a contractor in a construction niche and soon to be internet entrepreneur. I have a few great Ideas that are in the works but until it materializes I have to keep my contracting biz alive.

My service area is within a (+ or -) 60 mile radius and I have been told localizing makes it easier but I still havent found the easy button. I have been doing this for 30+ years and have seen the market go up and down but never quite like it is now.

For a long time I used a company to do mass mail outs that would get more request for quotes that I could handle but since 9-11 I have had to completely drop this form of advertising due to the drop in performance.

There are so many self proclaimed IM experts here at WF and I wanted to see if any of them would want to use their expertise to create request for quotes (leads) for my service on a performance based pay.

For example I would pay an agreed upon amount per valid lead. What I am referring to with valid lead is a true request for a price quote for my services within my service area.
The amount per lead is open or I am open to any other types of arrangements.
