Google Hot Trends -- Changed??

I was doing my daily updates and was looking over at Google Trends.

It seems that they may have changed it... It now shows Hot Searches and is not showing updates every hour.

Is anyone else seeing this or is it just me?

I am still getting updates every hour but they dropped the trends from 100
to 20, which is actually good.

The reason it's good is because they got rid of all the junk trends and the
ones that usually ended up downloading a trojan to your PC.

The 20 remaining perform better overall, so for once, Google actually did a
good thing.

They don't do many.

I have kind of a love hate relationship with them. Sidewiki really put me
over the edge to the "I don't really dig them these days" side.

I agree though, they have many good apps and I use a lot of their stuff.

I just have a few bones to pick with some of their policies, as I am sure
many of us do.

Can you share the link you are using?

If I go to google . com/trends/hottrends it shows the title being Hot Searches and it is still showing results from 2 hours ago.

Could I be getting banned for some reason?

Okay, just checked. Last update 2 hours ago.

This is the exception rather than the rule. During most of the day, they
update every hour.

OK... so I'm not going crazy.

I'll just have to monitor it throughout the day and see if it reverts to it's old self.
