I need a little help from the Mac owners, please.

Hi warriors,

I am in need of a little help here. Mostly from someone who owns a mac. I recently had an issue with my pc. My son spilled milk all over it and fried it. All the software I had on it is now gone. I have a mac that I use mostly for video editing. My issue is this...

I need to know what kind of software is compatible with mac for:

-social bookmarking
-rss feed submission
-blog commenting

I used to have all incansoft products and they were great. The problem is they only work for windows. I know I could buy windows and run it with parallel but I am going to get a new pc in the next couple of weeks so I need to know what will work for mac right now.

Thanks in advance for the help!

I use Firefox for MAC and with all the plug ins and what not - I do fine. With that said, I also own a PC

      Hi!

For social bookmarking, you can use Onlywire, which utilizes a Firefox plugin. This plugin works on Firefox on Mac.

I use Incansoft products too. To run them, I use VMWare Fusion (alternatively Parallels, or Virtualbox (free)) which lets me run Windows within OS X, so I never need to reboot to use Bootcamp. Very convenient.

You can run windows on a Mac, so buy Parallels and use it to install the copy of Windows you had on your PC. Any software you cannot run on the Mac OS, you can run on the Mac through Windows.
