Converting Articles(txt) to PDF and audio format

I need some help on some methods or tools that could save me some time, specially with creating PDF files.
Here is my situation:
Every time i write and publish an article, whether on my blog or article directories, i save them in a txt format. Something like this:

Title:...

Keywords:...

Word Count:...

Summary:...

Body:...

Now, I want to start submitting them as PDF to sites like scribed. Here is what I am doing which is taking a long time, that's why i am asking for help.
Of course i cant just convert the whole file to PDF, as i don't think the article would look right with the Title, keywords, word count.... So i have to copy and paste only the title and the body part, and obviously since i want to include links in my articles, i cant just open the txt file and convert to PDF as there wont be any hyperlinks.

So i just go back to my blog and copy the articles which have the links in them and paste them in open office PDF converter. Now, i know there must be a better and easier way to do this, but I am new to this whole thing, so please don't hammer me for not thinking of this when i was saving my articles 3-4 months ago that i started this whole thing, plus i didn't even know such thing even existed (converting article to PDF and ...)

How do you guys do it? Is there any faster and more efficient way to do this? Should i be saving my articles originally in another format that can contain links?

What other sites can i use to submit these (PDF)articles to?

Also is there any software or what have you that can convert the articles to audio (user friendly)?
Thank you all in advance.

There's a software on this forum Articles To PDF Converter. It's 10 bucks. Just search.
You can submit PDF's to Doc sharing sites. Get Matt Olsens WSO.
