Waht to do with a Premuim domain for flipping?

My brother has asked me to market a set of 2 letter generic premuim domains that he owns ( the .com. .net and co.uk). I was going to stick a website up but the actual traffic for the keywords is very low (15 searches a day). However it's a great brandable domain for companies and my brother has recently had a tentative low 5 figure offer for the .com domain. Has anyone offered a premium domain to large companies before? And if so what is the best way to approach them?
Do domain brokers have access to large companies or just domain investors?
Sorry loads of questions here but I've never tried to flip what I believe is a premuim domain before!

    Here's the good news:

    If your brother has a genuine two letter dot com (like BT.com) and not an IDN or anything like that, then the 2 letter dot com is worth $xxx,xxx.

    Basically, probably min value of $100,000.

    The net, not too sure about that but I would imagine maybe 5-10% of the value of the dot com.

    As for the dot co dot uk - no idea I'm afraid (and I thought that 2 letter dot co dot uks were not allowed?)

    Please note: End user pricing could be way above what I have said here, if you find the right buyer. I am talking about minimum wholesale pricing (the amount you should expect if you sell to a domainer).

    My advice - look for a premium domain name broker who will sell it for you for a cut (10%?). Or, call Sedo and explain that you have some valuable domains and they will probably call you 'Sir' and treat you like royalty!

    PM me the names if you don't want to post them and I will give you more of an idea of their worth.

      Thanks for your reply. Sorry I messed up. It's a 2 word domain not letter.
      I appreciate your advice though and certainly a broker was in my thoughts.

    As Ben mentioned Sedo's GreatDomains.com can be of great help in selling your genuine 2 letter .com.

    You can also wait for the next Moniker.com auction at a TRAFFIC conference and auction the domain name there although you might get less than what you'd get from an end-user.

    People like Rick Latona (RickLatona.com) could be helpful in getting you a sale too.

        Stick some decent traffic on it, do some basic promotion then see about a buyer.

        You'd be amazed at the kind of money people will pay for even a long tail domain with some traffic attached.

        Give you a chance to make some sales while you're promoting as well so double bubble.

          Ok...my brother said I can post the domains so it's - tvadvertised.com/.net/ .co.uk and also tvadvertized.com/.net and .co.uk

          Interested in how to get a figure on these?
