Article Submission Sites

Hey everyone. I am new to the internet marketing scene and was wondering if article submission sites are worth the money and if so which program is the best.

I have heard debates on whether the submission sites are looked at as duplicate content by the search engines. What are your thoughts. Your help is appreciated.

    I use trafficgeyser.com and have had pretty good luck with it although the monthly price is high.

    I tried articlemarketer.com for a month and it was good. I still get traffic from those articles occasionally. However the best long term traffic I get is from paying a very professional lady $30 an hour to do blog commenting for me. You just can't substitute the work of a smart human online.

      Most blogs have nofollow tags to their links though dont they? Or did you gain actual traffic from the comments?
