Hi guys,

Just wish to double confirm some stuffs. Would really appreciate someone can help me on this.
Getting different backlinks from different sites will still count as 1 backlink as they are came from the same IP address.

Am i right to say that?

Appreciate someone can really help me out on this. Thanks

No it's counted as different backlinks, but the duplicate links will just carry less pagerank weight.

No ... I do not know when people will realize that spiders and bots do not go looking up ip's and nor do they care what the ip of the domain name is.

If this was true then there would be many that would never get very many backlinks at all.. I run dedicated servers but there are millions upon millions of sites on shared hosting. The ip myth is another one of those things that seriously need to go away ...

James, you should write up a seo myth busting report and sell it as a cheap WSO.

Seriously really that it's doesn't affect at all even though links are from the same IP address? i remember reading from some articles that it's does effect if having same IP address even though it's in different pages.
Oh mine..i got some brilliant item but was downed till to the same IP address issues..
If it's really doesn't matter create numerous links from same IP address as long as it's in different page.
This is so freaking cool! Thanks!

@James - It will be great that you can write up seo myth and would love to read as a review copy..

P.S: Anyone who wish to comment feel free to comment it! It's seem that warriors who reply here say that having same IP address doesn't affect at all as long as it's create from different pages.
