I'm confused (wordpress problem).

be grateful for some advice from wordpress warriors.

Just installed wordpress on my new newsletter site but I'm a tad confused with the editor. It seems to be a really basic one and there isn't the ability to do anything much with my text or anything. this is it www.kimspirations.info I want to make a nice big headline, but there isn't anything in there to make one (does that make sense)

I feel like a real newbie here :confused:

    For a heading you want to go to the drop down bar that should say paragraph in it right now. If you click on it you will see different heading sizes that you can use. If you pick heading 1 what you type will become an h1 tag, if you pick heading 2 it will be an h2 tag, etc.

    If your are in the post editor and there is only one line of options, go to the last square (looks like a bunch of little squares) and click it. It is called the kitchen sink. It will expand a lot more options to customize your text.

    If you need even more options, there are plugins, but that 1 step should cover all the basics and then some.

    Its good to see little tidbits like this for WP. I recently moved to it and it has a learning curve for sure. But the results once you get it down are stunning and much easier to maintain. I will never go back!
