Newbie getting back to basics

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi. I've been reading this forum for quite some time, but just officially joined tonight.

Briefly, I tried my hand at IM about a year ago and it was a complete flop. I went in several different directions, constantly trying to chase the lastest and greatest fad without fully focusing on any one thing.

After a several month hiatus, I got the bug to give it another go. I happened to read Matthew Olsons WSO regarding Article Marketing and decided to give that a shot.

I'm currently in the process of writing article for my niche and hope to learn alot here so that I can become successful.

Looking forward to any insight you folks have.

Articles are awesome, I am getting ready to do some outsourcing for some aditional articles. Too many ideas and not enough time in the day.

Article writing is an art form all of its own. Think about the end result and what you are writing ANY article for in the first place. If you do it for profit then you MUST have the reader click the money link in your resource box. PERIOD!Continue to ask questions and TEST., but if you want the best results you must continue LEARNING!

Thanks everyone. Just by following some of the suggestions I've already gotten here, I'm inching my way up the search engine rankings in Google, which is a step in the right direction I'm sure.

Article marketing is a great way to get long term traffic to your site.I recommend you start blogging as well.
