Whats up with the Video ONLY Instead of sales letters?

Any one seen these sites that only have one video up? and you cant click on any thing except to watch the video ?

iv noticed bunch of top click bank products are videos only recently

thoughts?

    It comes down to one thing, what converts.

    It may be they are testing on a temporary basis to see if they get higher conversion rates, or they may already know they are.

    If you could get even a small increase in conversion rates by getting your visitors focused to only one possible action, wouldn't it be worth it?

    Only testing will answer the question in any market.

    The psychological effects in relation to influincing people to purchase your product, can be much more powerfull through video due to people being able to see you and here you talk and it seems more personable as well.

    But as mentioned above, it is niche dependent and requires testing.
