Hi.

I have completed my first website. Was about to write an Ezine article but found out one of the words in the title of the site, scam, is not allowed in the Ezine article title.
I suppose its possible to change the title to 'Fraud' but impact will that have? Would it be neccessary to take out 'scam' from my website and repace it with 'fraud'? (Fraud gets half the number of searches as Scam on google).

Thanks.

James.

Any kind of (targeted) traffic will still help. If ezine doesn't allow that in the title, simply change the title.

James, I discovered this a few weeks ago myself when I had to correct a broken link in one of my older articles and when I went to do so the system wouldn't let me re-submit the article because it had the word "scam" in the title and article body (and summary, come to think of it).

The problem was that the entire article was about how to avoid being the victim of an online scam - how can I post an article about that without using the word scam? LOL I deleted the article because I didn't have time to rewrite and mess with it to get it approved.

Maybe you could substitute the word "scheme", "sham", "con", "fraudulent scheme" or something? It's a shame you have to do that but if it's the only way to get it approved...
