What is the SE value of a website containing PLR or reprint articles ?

If I build a website, say 30 pages, and have
only PLR content or reprint content on those
pages, is that website totally worthless in
search engines?

The assumption here is that there are already
many other pages out there with exactly same
text.

    However, if you rewrite the content and make it your own it works.

    pretty much, but if you add some original articles those will get indexed and the people who do visit from the SE lnks to the original stuff may stick around to read your PLR.

    I don't think it is a worthless site, especially if the plr content is of some value. However, rewriting them will obviously give you a better position in SEs
