Hi Guys,

I am trying to submit articles in EZA. But I am getting the error "Your article content seems to be similar to an article in our directory"

Can anyone tell me who to rectify this problem?

I appreciate your help!

Thanks.

      Hi,

Yes, I verify my articles in copyscape before submitting.

          I changed the title too.

Not sure why this is happening.

Why would you need to verify in copyscape if it is original:confused:

I have never checked any articles I've written with copyscape. LOL

Search EZA for your keyword. You will likely find the article they think you are copying. If you have merely rewritten someone else's article, they will catch you more often than not. Copyscape does not mean that it is unique. It just means that it is worded differently enough to fool the search engines. That is not quite the same thing as original.

One of my writers (no longer a member of our team) gave me articles which passed Copyscape but were turned down by EZA for this reason. They gave us the link to the similar article and it was very obvious that the writer had just rewritten the earlier article.

This could be the problem if you outsourced it. Or if you did your "research" through EZA.

Is it similar? Is this a unique article you've written or a PLR that you've spun? If you read their editorial quidelines, the very first one states that your article must be an original article that you wrote.

EZA are very picky, even more so lately. And if you're trying to submit an article that has already been covered by someone else, you're not likely to get it through.
If the article is original and your own content, then email them and ask for more details. I've had articles turned down before because they've said links didn't work, but when I checked they did. A simple email put it right.

The last time I got a message like that I just tried editing my writing a little more and I also tried searching through there articles to see if someone was using a similar article, I never found one. I felt like I was spending too much time trying to figure out why. So I gave up and submitted to other article sites that aren't quite as picky. I still don't know why they were rejected, but you only have so many hours in a day.
