Any One Can Reccomend a Free WP Plugin for list management?

Is there anyone who know a "NON RSS FEED" WP plugin that can Subscribe and follow with people with a newsletter, promo and updates?

      A client of mine is using MailPress - MailPress. Not a recommendation, she found it herself before I even looked at her site - she just expected me to get it working!

        im using the one biz2bee has linked to.

        cant tell you much as i only installed it this month, and have a massive 3 email address!!!!

        setting it up is very simple, and placing it on site is a case of copy paste the code (can customise the form if you html savvy)

        very simple interface.

        but i do think its success will be based on how good your hosting is, some severs will have more restrictions than others, best to give your give your hosting provider a call and discuss what your planning first.

        plus you can always upgrade to pro to loose the "free autoresponder plugin for wordpress designed by ......."
