Simple but effective offline marketing tip...

If you want to make money from your PLR with
very little extra work, offer instructional PLR to
your prospects...

Don't forget, they are not EBOOKS, they are
REPORTS or WHITE PAPERS.

Subjects could include:

- Traffic building
- Online branding
- Email marketing

Print the pages out, add card to front and back,
bind them if you can afford to (a simple comb
binder will do.)

Staple your business card to the front and away
you go.

Of course, you SHOULD be offering those services
too - but it doesn't hurt to make money from those
who want to 'do it themselves'

Hope this helps someone come up with some ideas
to leverage their PLR.

Some ideas to add, for what they're worth...

    - Find yourself a local desktop publishing college and hire one of the top students (or instructors!) to whip up really nice pdf format documents before sending them to the printer - They'll be in the right format, correct resolution, etc. as well, which will make everything appear so much more slick and pro

    - Build up a series of them and add them to a special section of your site (not called "Store" or "Cart" or something like that! Something that helps to position you as an expert) with real-world whitepaper prices (i.e. not $7!)

    - Use something like Kunaki to deliver them without your lifting a finger

    - Give one to your best clients as value-added bonuses occasionally and subtlely mention that it's part of your range of industry whitepapers

    - refer to them (and quote sections of them) in your autoresponder series

    - Offer a physical copy to customers as a bonus for people registering for your prospecting seminars (if you run them) plus send them a downloadable version as soon as they pay. They'll like the instant gratification and after the seminar they can give the physical copy to their office manager/2IC, etc.

    - Make them EXTREMELY good value with the most AWESOMEST ideas you know!

    - Use SnagIt to show step-by-step, remove-your-brain, paint-by-numbers processes. A lot of offline business owners don't have time to read five webpages and 3 reports about how to configure their FTP program, set it to SFTP, etc.

It's not just offline business owners, either. We all had to learn this somewhere. Kevin Riley made/makes good use of this approach in his material. I bought a few of his reports when I started out and it made things stupidly easy to grasp.

So, make them TOTALLY awesome, knock their socks off quality in terms of:

    (i) content
    (ii) content
    (iii) content
(iv) ease of understanding and implementation
    (v) content
    (vi) visual design
    (vii) physical packaging and delivery

    Any other ideas?
