Website sale help!!

I wanted to sell a website i was starting to work on...its profiting but i need money to move i was just wondering if you guys had some good ideas on where i could sell it fast and without paying much... if any at all? i tried an auction site only 6 months worth of profit and no bids.... so i wanted to know where else i could sell it!!!

      I'm not too sure about sites you can sell a site on but I do know you can send out emails and articles and go to forums just like this one. especially if its a money pulling site there would be plenty of people looking to increase their income. honestly I'd be interested if money wasn't so tight right now. just keep looking and asking around it really shouldn't be too hard.
      do some research I know there are some sites out there where you can list your site free of charge.

      I wanted to add something real quick, if you're a paid member of this forum you can shoot your site out on the WSO and also even for free members you can go to the products and services part and start a thread, you'll at least get alot of questions and maybe even some better answers than mine

        Sadly im not.... or i would sell it here i have to get money to move back home over 2k to get home.... i would post on this site but 20 dollars then 20 per bump seems like i will lose money rather then make it....no site at all to sell it at?

    Dude, check out your people with similar sites in your market and contact them with an offer for your site. If you've got revenue you must have traffic, and someone in the same market will be looking to monetize that traffic.

    Contact the top 15-20 in your market and see what they say. It'll be completely free and way more targeted.

      I agree with the suggestions of contacting other marketers with your names! If you are already paying for hosting you could even offer to host it for them for 2-3 months free of charge.

    Flippa.com is a good site.

    If your site is legit and you have stats to prove it, you could try to flip it for about 10 times your monthly profit taken as average from your last 3 months.

    But the niche matters too! It's not just the monthly profits that matter, but also potential for the future. In general, 6-8 times the monthly income should work well.

      it makes X amound and it costs about 1/4 the ammount it makes.... i do have screen shots and such to prove and clickbank and provide info if they want to look more into it... its about 1.12 per hop... you say 6-8 will sell fast? i need to get home asap..

    I second flippa. I've flipped one site already that was non-profitable and contained an information product I created with absolutely no traffic and no income and was able to receive upwards of 600 bucks for in less than 24 hours.
